Our chocolate factory is a nut handling environment and consequently persons with nut allergies of any kind should take note of this when contemplating visiting the factory and for engaging in any of our activities all of which entails chocolate tasting.
For our Build Your Own Chocolate Bar and our Ultimate Chocolate Factory experience even though non-nut or non-dairy or non-wheat ingredients may be chosen by the visitor, there is still a possibility of nut, dairy and wheat cross contamination in any product in the premises.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a refund of the experience price only.
Booking and payment processing fees are non-refundable, as these are charged by our booking system and Stripe at the time of purchase.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Requests to change the date or time must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
If we cancel the experience for any reason, guests will receive a full refund including all booking and processing fees, or the option to reschedule.
