Visit The Chocolate Factory
How it works
On our Chocolate Factory visits, you’ll visit our open plan chocolate production area where you’ll learn about our special methods of chocolate production and chocolate tempering machines. You’ll also discover where our chocolate comes from, as well as a background to the origins of the cocoa bean and how it is farmed and harvested and transformed into the chocolate that we love to eat.
You will experience our Comparison Tasting Panel where you’ll learn about the different chocolate types used in our production. You’ll also learn about the specific skills required to make chocolate and indulge in sample tastes of different chocolates that are currently in production. It’s a Chocolate Factory tour for kids of all ages!

Friday & Saturday: 14.30pm
Please note that factory production schedules are subject to change on a daily basis and there may be limited factory production. There is on occasion no factory production on Friday evenings and weekends, and no production on Bank Holidays and Good Friday.
