Parcels to Irish and Northern Ireland addresses are generally delivered between 3 to 5 working days after ordering, providing that the items ordered are in stock. UK deliveries are normally 3- to 5 working days also, though there may possibly be additional customs charges applied by UK customs authorities. EU deliveries are usually 5 to 10 days after order! Irish, UK and EU destination parcels are sent by courier and will require a signature for delivery.
USA deliveries normally take up to 10 working days, however the US customs and the mandatory FDA Prior Notification system in place for US food deliveries can extend this time and is beyond our control. Rest of the World destinations will take on average 10 to 15 days and is sent by UPS courier service. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to check with their local customs and excise regulations to ensure a smooth delivery.
Delivery times may vary when large seasonal volumes of orders occur, we do our best to prevent this but early ordering at Valentines, Christmas and Easter will help.
