Inspired by the Irish word “Gealánach”, meaning flashing, bright and shining, these chocolates are designed to dazzle both the eye and the palate.
Each chocolate is individually hand-decorated by our artisan chocolatiers, using shimmering edible colours that create a beautiful glossy finish.
