In response to Covid-19, we have implemented these measures:

During Level 5 there are no tours and our Hot Chocolate Café is open only for takeaway. Our outlet shop in the chocolate factory is open for purchases or to place Click & Collect orders.

As per the Govt regulations masks are mandatory while on the premises as is hand sanitising and social distancing.

We accept contactless payment where possible, and payment terminals are disinfected before and after each transaction.
