Handmade in-house in our Co. Clare chocolate factory , our Irish Chocolate Honeycomb has to be enrobed in milk chocolate on the on the same day it’s made to ensure it stays fresh and crunchy. There are no coatings, fillers, preservatives nor funny ingredients in this honeycomb, its just the traditional recipe of boiled sugar, glucose syrup and bread soda. Its a luxuriously crunchy and deliciously chocolatey blend of handmade yumminess.
