From our chocolate factory in the Irelands Hidden Heartlands region of Co. Clare, our expert “Wilde Bunch” of in-house trained chocolate makers take care of chocolate production and testing of a diverse and tasting range of white chocolate bars.
Our mouth-watering white chocolates are usually made from a combination of cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring. Each chocolate treat is hand wrapped in our clear pack which is compostable and renewable and perfectly displays the delicate decorations that adorn the bars. On our Chocolate Factory Tours, you’ll visit our open plan chocolate production area where you’ll learn about our special methods of chocolate production and chocolate tempering machines. You’ll also discover where our chocolate comes from, as well as a background to the origins of the cocoa bean and how it is farmed and harvested and transformed into the chocolate that we love to eat.
Experience our Comparison Tasting Panel where you’ll learn about the different chocolate types used in our production. Learn about the specific skills required to make chocolate and indulge in sample tastes of different chocolate bars that are currently in production.
